my magsafe battery pack is not charging with my Magsafe Duo Charger. Despite aligning the magnets of the battery pack and the charger, it does not charge, the positioning is very fiddly and is hit and miss, has anyone tried this?

Thanks for the additional information. As it turns out, the MagSafe Battery Pack only charges using the cable and adapter as shown in the guide we shared earlier. The MagSafe Duo Charger is used for your iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods as shown under "Compatibility" here: MagSafe Duo Charger
