I no longer can add pics from my photo library to 3rd party site like Kijiji, Ebay, Facebook etc. on my MAC

I don't know what's changed but this has stopped working. When I click 'add images' on a site, instead of taking me to a library of my pics, it takes me to what looks like the Finder page and shows Pictures highlighted on the left and Pictures as the folder name at the top. There aren't any pictures showing. I can click options at the bottom of that screen and select all files but it still just shows Photos Library and seems to want to try to import the whole library. I recently copied some photos from an external drive to a folder on my iCloud drive and I wonder if I messed something up. It works fine on my iPad and my iPhone.


Help!

You should look for the Media section in the left hand sidebar of the browser and under that Photos. Click on photos and at the right will be the Photos library. Click on that and you should see albums, and other views.



Also the library must be designated the "System Photo Library" in Photos' General preference pane in order to be recognized.

Thank you! Scrolling down to Media works. Funny that I haven't ever had to do it that way before. Maybe something with the last OS update.


I also checked preferences and it shows the library location as myname>Pictures>Photos Library. Use as System Photo Library is grayed out. Is that how it should look?
