my air pods pro now had no noise and it connect and disconnect automatic

recently I had issues with my fairly new AirPods pro which I brought it from a local telecommunications company .At beginning everything work perfect but recently is started to go crazy. it will connect and disconnect by it self. is there anyone that can advised or assist?
