Being charged for storage I´ve cancelled.

My bank account gets charged every month for 200Gb/month iCloud that I cancelled many months ago, when I log in it says I have the free 5Gb plan. Does anyone know what to do? Apple has made it impossible to send a simple mail to ask the support, and the prices for calling them are absurd..
