Grocery iQ no longer works and no longer on the App Store

I know this question has been around for awhile, but Grocery iQ App stopped working for me after iOS update to 14.5. I see in a past thread that some users were having this issue with the iOS 14.4 update but that the issue was solved. I tried that solution with no luck. Whenever I try to update or run the app I am told the owner of the app needs to update it. Oddly enough though, my wife just updated her iPhone to an iPhone 12 with iOS 14.5 and the Grocery iQ app works. The app was transferred to the new phone as part of the data transfer process. Any thoughts as to why it will work on her version of iOS 14.5 and not mine? In fairness, my iPhone is much older at a model 7 version. I also understand that Grocery iQ was purchased or taken over by Coupons.com but I can find no information regarding Grocery iQ on they website.
