charging stuck at 80 and won't charge to 100

I have an iphone xr that i have a latest software version is 14.5.1 and gets hot when i charge it when i restart the phone and it became 85%

phone is not charging after 80% after update ios 16.4.1 after update the ios 16.4.1 in my 13 pro. its stop charging after 80% then i searched online and found that its beacuse of temperature. then i turned off optimize battery option. but still this temperature issue appears and a notification comes up. iphone charge was on hold due to temperature. then its happening past 2 days. every time after 80% the message comes up and my device wont charge after 80% please someone help me to fix the issue. i am using original adapter and lighting cable. why the phone still have the heating issue!

Stuck at 80% while charging My iPhone 11pro is charging very very slow even with fast charger which comes within box, Optimised Battery Charging is Off also I updated it to latest iOS 13.5.1 I reset all settings but still it’s facing same issue, my iPhone also not hot when charging. Kindly Help
