charging stuck at 80 and won't charge to 100

I have an iphone xr that i have a latest software version is 14.5.1 and gets hot when i charge it when i restart the phone and it became 85%

Stuck at 80% while charging My iPhone 11pro is charging very very slow even with fast charger which comes within box, Optimised Battery Charging is Off also I updated it to latest iOS 13.5.1 I reset all settings but still it’s facing same issue, my iPhone also not hot when charging. Kindly Help
