Ringtone only playing for 2 seconds
I have a custom ringtone from the iTunes shop and when somebody calls me, the custom ringtone only plays for 2 seconds. The ringtone is a minute so I don’t know what is wrong.

Hi, on iPhone X and above there is a feature called Attention Aware Feature https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT208245 try switching this off to see if it makes a difference.
