Iphone 12 Pro Max

I just bought this phone and its having a problem were when the phone is completely off, and I turn it back on, the apple logo appears and quickly disappears. Also, when I completely turn off my phone a spinning wheel appears for a split of a second and phone turns off. There aren't any effect on the impact and effectiveness of the phone however my question is should I be worried or is it just a software problem as I have seen other people in the community with the 12 Pro Max having the same problem.

That cosmetic fault was fixed in iOS 14.5
