Hello guys I purchased iphone 12 pro max last January and today I noticed there is a tiny black dot on my screen. Why is that happened? Without single drop? Im using good hard case also. Will apple give me brand new phone to this? Please guys help me im little frustrating about this

Do you see it in all apps? Are you sure it isn’t in your wallpaper image? If it is a screen defect I doubt that Apple will replace it for a single pixel failure, but you can click on get Support at the top of this page and ask.

try taking the case off and seeing if its some kind of mite that can be removed with screen cleaner.
Because they don’t usually replace for minor cosmetic flaws. But the only way to find out is to contact Apple; I’m just guessing, as I said. What did Apple say?
Then Apple does not have service in Sri Lanka. Assuming you bought the phone from a local dealer take it to them. If it is a gray market phone, intended for sale in a country other than Sri Lanka, the warranty will be only be valid in that country. What is the model number of the phone?
I brought local dealer and their telling that if i want to claim the warranty i have to ship to the Singapore and we can claim the warranty
Yes finch its not my wallpaper issue or app i tried several wall papers also. Why you doubt there not giving replacement?
