iMac won't recognize USB keyboard

My 27-inch 2020 iMac won't recognize my USB keyboard this morning. I'm locked out. Tried plugging it into different USB ports. Still won't recognize keyboard. I can't connect with Apple Support because the serial number I need to do so is inside the iMac that I can't access.

iMac 27″, macOS 11.2

Look under the stand / base, the serial number of your machine is etched there.
