Safari asking to authenticate user when attempting to log onto AF email.

This has never happened before, was able to access all gov sites like normal until today. Ive tried every combo I could think of for this pin and nothing works. I know my CAC pin and that's not working and I've tried to use my account user password and also not working. Any help would be great, thanks
