It sounds like you recently purchased and iPad Pro but it is restarting in a loop. Can you provide some additional details regarding this?

  • Which iPad Pro model did you purchase? Tap Settings > General > About
  • Where did you purchase the iPad Pro from, and what is the date on the receipt?
  • What iOS version was on the iPad Pro before you updated it?
