Factory Reset

Please help. I tried to reset my macbook pro (2020) and only had it for a day since the program I use for work wasn't as efficient with Mac. The Time machine had nothing because I didn't have anything saved on the mac exceptthe program and spotify. reinstall macOS had no disks for me to click on, and disk utility didn't work either. The Macintosh HD disk was not there only "APPLE SSD AP0256Q Media" and when I click erase it doesn't not allow me and says "The volume on disk0 couldn't be unmounted because it is in use by process 0 (kernel) couldn't open device: (-69877)". I have tried everything and just want to return the Mac as soon as I can.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

To Return It:

If purchased through Apple, note that you have 14 days to return it. If purchased elsewhere, then contact that seller instead for the return. If purchased through Apple, then contact Apple Support, requesting a return.

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. And that makes sense because with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through. :)
