I have connected my AirPods Pro to my Windows 10 laptop. However, videos will not play. They will infinitely load. Youtube videos will not play. once i disconnect the airpod bluetooth connection with my laptop, the video loads and play immediately.

It sounds like there may be some sort of compatibility or firmware issue at play here. We would encourage you to make sure the AirPods firmware is up to date. This is done by connecting with an up to date Apple device.
AirPods Pro are compatible with a variety of Apple devices. Bluetooth functionality with non-Apple devices is possible but features and compatibility may be limited.
AirPods Pro - Technical Specifications
We would suggesting checking with Windows in case there are necessary drivers or settings on their end to enable this functionality.
