I’ve tried resetting my phone multiple times or shutting it down then reseting or the other way around. It won’t work. I tried to put my sim in my old phone and the new one. It used to work but it said my phone needs to be close to my old device and wouldn’t continue so I restarted and now it doesn’t go pass the Apple ID part. I have a iPhone 12 mini and my old phone is a iPhone 6s.

Do you have the option to skip the Apple ID setup? If so, try skipping it, finish setting up the new phone, and then set up the Apple ID.

I can’t transfer my data because it keeps on loading in setting up your Apple ID.
