Apple ID / Apple Podcasts Connect
Hi there,
Is it possible to register multiple podcasts with different RSS feeds on iTunes using one Apple ID account?
Or will I need to create a unique Apple ID associated with each show?

Yes, no problem. Once you have several you can also request to 'aggregate' them on one page should you so desire: https://podcasters.apple.com/support/886-create-a-channel (there are references in the page to 'premium', i.e. paid-for, podcasts but this is not a requirement).
