IPhone 12 Pro Max

Just got the iPhone 12 Pro max and I’m not able to download new apps, I’ve tried signing out of the App Store and logging back in and still having the same problem, also tried restarting the phone and still same problem and when I restart the phone it giving me the hello screen as if it’s a new phone then says to sign in then fails to back up.

You are entitled to 90 days of free telephone support from Apple. Try contacting Apple Support.


Apple Support Contact.    


Work through the screens to get an email or chat option.


Apple Support by e-mail or chat.    


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.      


If necessary


Hard reset.        


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      


Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
