Hi I am using my new MacBook Air m1 since 2 months there was no such issue till now and now it got tighter that I can't open my MacBook with one hand. If this is a problem please let me know ASAP so that I can get it fixed @apple_support.

If you contact Apple, they can usually arrange a mail-in repair.
In my city there is no service centre .And I can't get to any service centre because of the covid-19 situation going on.
