My beats studio3 wireless’ volume is quite low compared to how loud it was a week, and it was very loud (to the point where I definitely couldn’t hear anything or anyone when volume was maxed)
I can hear most outside noises now, even at full volume. I have tried resetting my beats using the power and volume buttons, but it didn’t help. Volume remained the same.
Can anyone help out?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. From our understanding, when your Beats are paired with a specific device the volume is so low that you cannot hear any sound, is that correct? You mentioned resetting your Beats, but have you restarted the device you have your Beats paired with? Have you also tested the Beats with any other device to see if this continues?
If paired with an iPhone, you can follow the steps here to restart it: Restart your iPhone. You should also confirm there are no software updates available for your iPhone since keeping your iPhone up to date will also keep your Beats up to date.
Update the firmware of your Beats product
