Password message on notifications

I’ve just received this on my iPhone , never seen anything like this before. Is it a scam/hoax or is it genuine?

Check in Settings, Passwords

if it is in the security recommendations then it is genuine.

Security Breech? I received a message on my I-phone "this password has appeared in a data leak, which puts this account at a high risk of compromise. You should change your password immediately. Is this a legitimate notification from Apple?
