I received a message on my I-phone "this password has appeared in a data leak, which puts this account at a high risk of compromise. You should change your password immediately.
Is this a legitimate notification from Apple?

i keep getting a call saying I had an I cloud security breech but I am not sure if it is legitimate. The number is 18556378393
