I have synced my iPhone XR with my 2021 Subaru Forester (through the bluetooth menu). Does not allow me to access CarPlay.
My wife enters the car and CarPlay pops up and selects her phone. (She has never synced the phone to my car).
how do I get CarPlay and my car to..play.

My confusion stemmed from my wife using her phone flawlessly without linking. I was driving and did not realize that she had plugged in. 🤦♂️
