I want to know that if I purchase Final Cut Pro with macbook then how can I link it with my Apple ID?
And what if I purchase Pro App Bundle and Redeem it using Code then will it get linked to my Apple ID?

DON'T buy FCP preinstalled, unless you have a very good reason to do so. Most people don't.
If you buy it separately from the App Store, it will be linked to your Apple ID and you won't have any problem downloading and installing in this or any future mac you may have.
Make sure the Apple ID used to log into the store is the same as used to make the purchase.
It's a hassle. Don't bother purchased it with the computer. Just download it from the App Store.
