Big Sur update cannot automatically open Roblox once the Play button is pressed

I just updated my mac to Big Sur 11.3.1 last night. I tried to launch roblox from their website. They usually opens roblox.app the second I pressed the play button before I update. But now they won't detect the app that would run the code they're giving through the roblox website.

I tried to choose the roblox app manually. But it's not possible since it's greyed out. So like any player would do. I uninstall roblox and download it again. It works. But when i restart, the screen popped up again. Is there a way to open it without keep on uninstall and installing over and over again?

Hey!

I know, this problem happend to me too. Reinstall the app from the Roblox Official Page. That shall help. Type: www.roblox.com and you will log in into your account. But first, delete the Roblox app on your mac. And then reinstall it. I hope that it helped! Reply if you have any issues! Have a nice day!

Hi again!

You don’t have to restart your mac. First delete the Roblox and Roblox Studio app on your mac. Than go to www.roblox.com login and go to a game and hit play. It shall appear you that you will need to install Roblox to play. Click download and than wait a few moments. You should than be able to experience the game again!

You can appeal at Roblox about this. Or you can just go to select app and turn off recomanded. Select Roblox and give it a try.

I know I don't have to restart but I still need to sometimes. But my Roblox is working now. I reset my browser settings and reinstall roblox. I also test it out by restarting my mac to see if I can play without reinstalling it again. and it works. Thanks anyways for your suggestions.

This problem looks to be often ): It happend to me the same thing. I just reinstalled the game and it then worked.
