Unable to make in app payments with my bank card

Hi, I paid for an online class on Udemy and was debited for it. But when I went to the app, it says The payment was declined and I haven’t paid. But I have not been refunded. Please how do I solve this issue and the class is a time sensitive one and I need to start as soon as possible.

Accidentally adding money Hey I tried to add my card to apple pay so I could pay with my phone. Unfortunately I don’t understand why and how but I added 140,00pln (polish złoty) to the App store account. I can’t buy with it in real life stuff. It was a missclick made by me, I didn’t want to add to the app store. Could I get refund by any chance? It wasn’t a purchase that I wanted to do
