There is no battery health feature for iPads as batteries in iPads last so much longer than batteries in smaller iPhones.

You CAN use the Battery Setting ( in the Settings app ) or Widget to see how long your battery is lasting and what apps are using up the majority of your iPad's battery power.

iPads are stated to get UP to 10 hours of battery life. Individual usage will vary.
