How can I pair (again) air tag to my replaced iPhone?

On Monday i bought an Air Tag and connected to my iPhone without any problem.

Unfortunately, yesterday I needed assistance because something with my phone wasn't working.

Apple Care replaced that unit with a new one. I was only able to deactivate find my phone at the moment. Right now, I'm getting troubles whenever I try to re-pair my Air Tag. Any ideas?
