I only want it set up on my Apple phone 11 and no other device for security purpose I want two step authentication . I do not want it set up on any device but my I phone

I only want to use mail and photos on one device (my phone) so it will not be compromised on other devices. How do I do that to make sure it is not compromised?

iPhone 11, iOS 14
