iPhone 6+ Software Not Updating

IOS 12.5.3


Have tried with out success

  • delete from general/space - no update file
  • can not update on ITunes says this is current
  • 31G space this isn’t problem
  • help

Thanks, I'm trying to load apps that need higher version. Amazon Music, any suggestions?
