This seems to be a recurring question but I can’t find an answer. I’m trying to turn off my daughter's ability to edit her contacts under “Screentime”. The button allows me to turn it off but it flips back on (green) right away. Ditto with “Specified contacts” under “Downtime” controls.

We see that you're currently using Screen Time on your daughter's phone, but it is allowing the edit of contacts and downtime isn't staying enabled as well. First, let's disable Screen Time and re-start the device using the steps in, Restart your iPhone.
