Windows 10 PC: Purchased an album on my PC has always been the primary authorized device). A couple of individualk songs on the album show as not authorized. Responding to authorize shows PC as already authorized but re-authorized, but no help - still won't play.

Delete and redownload the songs which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
