Hi! I’m junaid. I’m having issues regarding Instagram that doesn’t load videos and photos when my mobile data is on but works smoothly when i use WiFi. I have offloaded the app and downloaded it again but of no use. I need help! Thank you

Under Settings > Cellular (or Settings > Mobile depending on where in the world you are) have you allowed Instagram to use cellular data?
Yes! I have allowed Instagram to use mobile data but still it isn’t working. All the apps on my iPhone 11 working smoothly on mobile data right except Instagram.
In that case it will be an Instagram problem.
