iPhone XS Max

Does anyone else’s IPhone XS Max randomly shut itself off and turn back on every 3 minutes? Does anyone know how to fix it if it can be fixed?

Hi, it could be a rogue app causing the shutdowns, try restarting the iPhone and then close any apps running in the background..

To restart your iPhone

In quick succession press and release Volume Up, press and release Volume Down, then press and hold the Side Button until you see the Apple logo.

To close running apps

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, pause for a moment, then release when you see the apps

Swipe right or left on the apps to find one you want.

Swipe up on the app to force it to close.
