Ear Infection After Using AirPod

I purchased the AirPods in December of 2020 and had a severe ear infection after two days of wearing them. It took me over two weeks of constantly using antibiotic drops to get rid of it. At the time, I wasn’t sure if it was from the AirPods or not.

I therefore purchased a new set of AirPods Pro yesterday and wore it in my right ear today for about 15 minutes. I immediately started to have severe itching in the right ear which has continued till now. I have this nonstop itch in my ear which from past experience will eventually turn into a terrible ear infection. There is definitely a problem with them!

Has anyone been able to get a direct response from Apple on this issue?
