Its stuck on Apple logo. Hard reset just brings it back to the same screen. It wont turn off and it won't load. iTunes is gone so none of those suggestions work. What would someone do even if iTunes was still around but they didn’t have a computer? I really need help guys.
If you've already tried (to no avail) to perform correctly a "forced" restart of your iPad, using these instructions:

If you don't have a computer, borrow one from your friends, or ask for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.
