Duplicated contacts in iCloud - how to resolve?

Hello everyone, for some reason I have duplicated contacts across all my apple devices, when I login to my iCloud I can see duplicated under All contacts, and then I can see single contacts under cards, how do I merge to resolve the duplicated ones? The duplicated contacts shows up on my iPhone as well as on my Macbook pro and iCloud/cp,

not sure when this has happened.
