We are end users like you, not Apple, and cannot remotely access your computer.


If you provide more information about what symptoms you have and what error messages you see, we can attempt to help you do the work needed. If not, you will need to have an Apple retail store or Apple Authorized Service Provider evaluate your computer.


The moderators have removed your serial number for security reasons. For the benefit of other helpers, this is a MacBook Pro 15-inch Early 2013.
