I forgot my Notes password to unlock my notes and my Face ID doesn’t work either. I’ve reset my password but it still doesn’t work. How can I fix this?

The only way to "fix" this is to remember the password you used to encrypt those notes.
Resetting the password only changes it for future notes, not existing ones.
