Walmart app increasing screen time

During last 3 days, my screen time has exploded to 24 hrs per day. It shows that Walmart app is always being used. I have not downloaded the app but visited their website through Twitter.

I deleted Twitter app but the problem tend to persist. Screen time still shows Walmart app to be always used.

can anyone help? It seems to be a bug.
