Waving/Laughing/Crying/Watching Time/Scolding/Rolling Eyes/Nervous/Scared/Thinking etc.

Trying to use in Skype on iPhone11.

Exasperated, nothing worked so far!

Facetime Control Center Mic Mode and Video Effects not appearing during call During a Facetime call, when swiping the control center down, the Video Effects and Mic Mode are not present. Tried hard reset. Note: other apps that use the Camera (ex. Instagram) will show these controls when the same is performed. iPhone 12 running current 16.0.3.
