Cant download/update apps

I have no unpaid subscriptions nor cant cancel my active subscriptions and my payment methods keeps on failing how can i solve this please help =<

If your payment method is declined, you may have unpaid subscriptions.


If you have unresolved debt because the payment method is declined you cannot use the account.


For unresolved payment issues, you will need to speak directly with Apple.
