No network connected

My phone keep searching for network with no success, how can I fix it?

I am connected to a wifi network but I still the no network connection when I try to place a call in airplane mode. Wi-Fi calling is on I have Wi-Fi calling on and am connected to Wifi network. (I can access the internet) The phone is in airplane mode. I am trying to place a call. I get the message No Network Connection. Connect to a Wi-Fi network or disable airplane mode to place a call

Is this a recent problem, or has it never worked?

If recent, contact your carrier and ask if they have a local network outage. And check up on them here→https://downdetector.com/. And if it never worked contact them and ask why.
