Strange noise in the black part of picture

When using Apple tv, the black or som shade of black becomes dotted like the picture attached. The picture is brightend by my camera, so the blue is black..

I have the latest software on Apple tv and my tv. Everything i connect to my tv is fine except my Apple tv.. what is the problem?

Figured it out.. its my settings beeing coroma 4:2:2.. it makes the mpeg «jitter» (or what Eber it is called) in the black part of the picture like this as allmost all video source is coded to 4:2:0 and Apple tv recoding it and making it like the picture i attached. Turning it back to 4:2:0 fixed the problem.. 🤓
