OS 14.5.1 won't connect to Apple Watch
Hi.
I have just updated to 14.5.1 and have the same issue as previous postings. My phone requested that I update my watch software, which I did. When this was completed I began the synching process but was then asked by the phone to update the watch software. I began this but the phone then repeatedly says there is an internet connection or there a software reconnection has failed.
Because I can't see get access to the watch I can't delete its settings, as suggested by earlier Apple technical support.
I can't see any threads that answer this question and would be very grateful for solid experience. My next step will be to go back to my physical back up and downgrade to my previous system, if possible, and then upgrade my software and reconnect watch.
