The best thing to do is a clean install using your own Apple ID.

if the apps were installed using her Apple ID, when the updates are available, will always need to use her password.
Apps are permanently tied to the ID used to download them. Apparently, those apps were downloaded using her ID. Delete them and re-download them using your ID.
