Why is my storage taking so long when I purchased 50GB and it still is at 32GB? Did it not work if so can I get my dollar back.

Update it won’t let me upload the pictures but I still need help.

Ps… this happens to a lot of people I hear and that’s actually not all that great because it’s really sad to not get what you paid for even if it’s just 0.99$

The extra storage you bought is in iCloud. To use it you need to move data from your phone.

Go to Settings, General, iphone storage, show all recommendations and take action such as optimising storage or turning on iCloud photos
