Unable to resize keyboard on iPad

Hi, I cannot use the 2 fingers action to increase the keyboard in Adobe Illustrator on the iPad.

Anyone have any thought why the spread does not work? Thank you.

Perhaps you can share with us the model of your iPad - and the installed version of iOS/iPadOS? Not all features are available on all platforms.

Thank you for replying. I'm using an iPad pro 9.7 and the latest version.

I viewed the support document you referenced cheers but when I view videos on Illustrator on the iPad the keyboard is always shown at the bottom of the screen and not floating. Maybe they were using the larger 12in iPads......... as you say it maybe my model is smaller and they just "float"! I thought when I first tried text a while ago it was a full keyboard but I may be mistaken.

As described, you appear to have an App-specific problem - which might be best addressed by seeking assistance directly from the App Developer, Adobe.
