We received "554 5.7.1 [CS01] Message rejected due to local policy. Please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204137" messages when sending email to @icloud.com mailbox users (happened to 90% of the outbound messages). Those emails are not bulk emails. We contacted icloudadmin@apple.com 3 times with all required info (like domain, business justification and other details) and got no single confirmation emails... I also contacted support and got informed that we need to contact mail service provider for a solution. We don't really understand it was apple server rejected the emails how mail service provider can unblock us?

Want to give it a try if community can help, any advice/replies are appreciated.

Thank you

This is reasonable, we expect Apple can tell us how we violated the spam filter rules so we can change our sending. Unfortunately, either post master icloud admin team couldn't reply in 3 weeks or support couldn't help further. By any changes you may know how we can get further help here?

Thanks again for the reply.

No mail provider will share their "spam" formula.

whilst that is true we don't really want the spam formula, do we?

What would be a good thing to have is a feedback loop like Gmail and Outlook have to at least know where you are standing with them what is your reputation etc.

This particular message of Local Policy doesn't tell anything at all, especially when you have IPs and Domains having a good reputation and the only place we are blocked is iCloud. But come October it will be even worse I guess.
