Hi the exercise ring on my watch as on a number of occasions continued spinning can you advise on what the problem is please

Can you be more specific - where exactly do you see that? It is quite normal for those rings to go around a few times, if you exceeded your daily goal by a large margin. So for the exercise ring the default is just 30 mins..., if you put in several hours of workouts, you will definitely see some spinning there :-)
